Procedure for New Born in KSA
Required Documents
- EAP – 1 Passport Application form
- Certificate of Entry of Birth form
- Registration of birth form
- Affidavit by the Parents Giving information
- 2 photos of the child
- Birth certificate translated in English given by MOI
- Passport and Iqama copy of father and mother
- Copy of Marriage certificate
- Take Original Birth Certificate and Original Mother Passport to show at the Counter.
Open Internet explorer from your machine.
Go to http://in.vfsglobal.sa.com/
from the Browser. Click on Application Forms
Download and fill the below

Fill the passport Application form and attach
the above documents with the form.
Visit VFS office
with all the above documents show your documents at the reception counter and
take the token. Wait for your turn to go to the counter. Submit the above
documents at the Counter he will enter the details in the system and will give
you the receipt for delivery of the passport.
They will take 1 week time to issue new passport. Visit VFS on the date
of the Passport Delivery. Go to delivery Counter and take the new passport of
the child and the birth registration certificate. Make sure all the details are
correct before leaving the Counter.
