Secure VPN access for remote workers

Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client empowers remote workers with frictionless, highly secure access to the enterprise network from any device, at any time, in any location while protecting the organization.

To use Cisoo Any Connect VPN:

1.  Establish an internet connection either via wired or wireless connection.  You may want to navigate to a normal website (i.e. www.msn.com) to make sure you are online,.

2. Expand the icons using the carrot on the bottom right of your computer system tray and click the Cisco AnyConnect icon. Cisco AnyConnect uses the same Domain username, password and two-factor authentication. Click Cisco AnyConnect Icon

3.  Below window will open and it should show VPN: Ready to Connect. If it does not say 'Ready to connect.', that suggests there is no network connectivity.  Make sure you can access the internet and try again.

4.  Enter the VPN Address provided by your company in the white box in the Cisco AnyConnect window and click Connect.

5. Below window will show Connecting to VPN

6.  It will prompt you for a username and password.  Type in the username and password to login and click Ok.

7.  At this point, you should receive an alert on your Phone Authenticator App from Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Click Approve

8.  If MFA succeeds at authenticating you, the screen above pops up.  Click Accept.

9. After clicking accept, it will take a minute to establish the connection depending on your internet connection speed.  Once the connection has been made successfully, you will see the pop-up in the bottom right corner of your screen:
